Reach Community Impact’s Faith-based Housing & Legacy Forum empowers Philadelphia faith-based institutions to create tangible solutions to housing disparities affecting their communities. The 2026 Forum will educate attendees about Philadelphia’s housing challenges and the impact of past and current policies and equip them with the knowledge, resources, and connections needed to help residents achieve homeownership and build generational wealth.
Philadelphia’s faith-based community has a profound history of serving as a catalyst for social and economic justice and continues to hold tremendous influence and valuable resources. The Faith-based Housing & Legacy Forum calls on faith leaders and community stakeholders to protect the legacy of homeownership by taking meaningful action to address Philadelphia’s housing crisis and strengthen their communities.
The Forum will be broken into three segments focused on the following priorities:
- Understanding the Housing Landscape: Current Trends, Emerging Challenges
- Protecting Homeownership and Generational Wealth: Tax Assessment Bias, Tangled Titles, Deed Fraud, Estate Planning and Administration
- From Awareness to Action: State, City and Local Strategies, Resources, Partnerships & Strategies for Community Impact
