About Kelly
Kelly Gastley is the Managing Attorney at Philadelphia VIP — a nonprofit legal services agency that matches Philadelphians living in poverty with pro bono volunteer attorneys. Much of Philadelphia VIP’s work focuses on helping clients resolve tangled titles and complete estate planning, so they can pass their homes on to loved ones and preserve generational wealth.
